Is it Really The Extra Mile?

Well, this article, and the subsequent discussion in the comments, over at The Rain City Guide simply takes the cake and puts an exclamation point on what we as real estate professionals should be doing.

I simply cannot expound any further on the topic. I just agree that, as agents, we need to do those “little” things that many in the industry would see as going the extra mile, when really, it is what we should be doing to better address and service the needs of our clients.
