Refrigerator staging, No, Really!
In the Ann Arbor Market, we’re not unused to vacant homes on the market. Like a lot of the SE Michigan area housing market, there are many vacant homes on the market. So it’s not unusual for an agent to have the home staged, that is, to bring in furniture and accesories with the expressed purpose of highlighting the space and layout of a property.
