Tax Tribunal Assistance

So, with the discussion of Michigan’s Proposal A and its effect on taxes in a declining real estate market, it seems to me that there may be some folks that are looking for assistance in fighting their increase in assessments.  If you are caught in the situation where you believe your assessed value has outpaced the increase in property value for your area, I would be happy to provide the market data for you to take to your municipality’s tax tribunal.
