Vital Signs: Buyers Can’t Buy What’s Not for Sale
It is a brief article, but truly, talk with anyone that is attempting to purchase a home right now, and for the most part, buyers are stressed out of the paucity of homes available to purchase. Conversely, talk with your homeowning friends, and I would guess that many would like to move, but are either underwater or afraid that they can’t find a place to purchase, once their home sells in a ridiculously short period of time.
Homeless Veterans and the HUD
One of my passions is to see our country’s veterans well cared for by our country. It is great to see this news:
The departments of Veterans Affairs and Housing and Urban Development announced $7.8 million in funding Tuesday that the agencies say will provide housing and clinical services for 1,120 homeless veterans.
