Rock Bar & Grill | Professional One Social Fiesta

On Thursday, August 26th, Rock Bar & Grill in Plymouth, Michigan, hosted the Professional One Social Fiesta.  Without spilling the beans on our company’s social gathering, let’s just say a good time was had by all.  The highlight of the evening, though, was the hospitality and specifically the menu provided the Rock Bar & Grill.  Really, when was the last time you went into your local bar and grill and had great Mexican food?

For our social fiesta, the Rock was gracious enough to customize our menu.  We asked for their new Mexican menu in finger food sized portions…and boy did they deliver!  Tacos with freshly shredded lettuce, chopped ripe tomatoes and wonderfully seasoned ground beef.  The quesadillas were piping hot, oozing with cheese.  And a nacho platter that was great from beginning to end.  In fact, the nachos backup the Rock’s description:

Our cheddar-jack cheese blend is carefully put THROUGHOUT the chips, so that from the first bite to the last, you get an ooey, gooey treat.

On the drink side, their margaritas are dangerously good!  Coming in at 25 oz(!) for $6 during happy hour, their margaritas feature Corzo tequila.  These were, undoubtedly, the hit drink of the evening!  Be sure to check out the other Happy Hour Specials at Rock Bar & Grill.

It goes without saying, Professional One loves downtown Plymouth.  We have become huge fans of the Rock Bar & Grill for their hospitality.  The fact that their menu is diverse and fresh, certainly goes a long way.  We could write on and on about their attentive service and what a riot we had that evening, but allow our CEO and President, Michael McClure to sum it up:
