It Was a Great Year…
Right out of the chute, I want to say, “Thank You!” to my clients that entrusted me with helping them maneuver through one of their life’s largest financial transactions. Buying or selling a home, either a personal residence, a second home, or selling the home of a family member’s estate is never a stress-free endeavor. I have to imagine that selling or buying a home ranks right up there on the list of “least desirable things to do in life.”
Yet, last year, a fair number of clients trusted my advice, expertise, marketing, and knowledge to successfully maneuver through the process and end up at the closing table. The 2014 calendar year was a personal best for my real estate business.
Some hardware was distributed at our annual awards banquet, and two pieces came home with me. One of the humbling aspects of earning these awards is how getting my clients to the closing table was not just a one-man show. While it’s true, I do not work with an assistant, or have even one other agent that I collaborate with, the help that my family and friends provided last year was extraordinary. So, while it may be my name on the plaque, this could not have happened without two groups of awesome people: family/friends and spectacular clients.
So, this goes without saying:
