STARBUCKS!

Yes, I’m greatful for family, friends, a job, my new house, even social media websites, but I wanted to give a shout out to those little brown beans I see on a daily basis. The coffee bean from that global chain you either love or hate.

I happen to love it.

I love the variety of flavors they have, and the sugar free options.

I love that there’s not just regular beans they carry on a normal basis, but seasonal flavors they bring in throughout the year. (though I wish a couple were regulars, such as the Arabian Mocha Sanani and Columbian)

I love that it’s worldwide. I can go to Bangkok and get the same drink I get here in Michigan. I can go to Las Vegas and opt to get a grande skinny hazelnut at 9am while playing the slot machines instead of having to have horrible coffee while sitting at some buffet.

I love that there’s free wi-fi in the cafes so you can work or kill time with friends for hours on end. I also love that there’s so many locations, with the option to go through their drive-thru if I’m in a rush and can’t go sit down and hang out at my regular Starbucks out by work.

I love that they send me cards for no reason for free promotions, and hand written notes enclosed in free beverage cards just for participating on their website.

I love the decorative bags and cups that they carry, as well as the decor in their locations.

Speaking of bags, I’ve collected some of Starbucks whole bean coffee bags for over a year.  I’ve finally done what I was originally planning on doing with the bags. I’ve made a coffee bag purse!
