April Local Housing Numbers
Steaming hot off the Excel proggy on the laptop, here are the latest monthly numbers on the Washtenaw County housing market. Numbers graciously provided by the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors (AAABOR). Please note these numbers include both homes and condos.

Months of Inventory: While the months of inventory dropped from 4.6 months to 4.3 months of overall inventory, this is due to a continued uptick in purchases.
Average Days on Market: Days on Market fell by three days, from 90 to 87 average number of days on market.
Number of New Listings: Decreased from 1,444 in March to 1,368 in April, a 5% decrease.
