CI 102 – Chicago

WHOA!

Friday morning, before the exam.  This is class number two in the Certified Commerical Investment Member (CCIM) designation.  Yet again, a class that makes me recall college.  Not only are these classes very challenging, the networking alone is invaluable.

CI -102 is a week long course on Market Analysis.  We cover things like site, market, and financial feasibilities.  So, assuming I pass the exam, I will have two more classes and a whole bunch of business in front of me to finalize my designation.
