The long story short: Housing inventory is up, across all price points.
Redford and Livonia are the communities with the least amount of months of inventory, and that makes sense given the current market for first-time homebuyer homes. Oddly, Ypsilanti is pushing nearly 2.5 years of inventory. Not surprisingly, the $600,000 and above price points have nearly 4 years of inventory.
