Housing Stats for November 2008: A Presentation on Ann Arbor Homes

Presented here is a discussion/breakdown of the housing market in Washtenaw County, home to Ann Arbor, Michigan and the University of Michigan.  Covered in this presentation are numbers simply about homes/single family residences.

Ok, so this is my first attempt at narrating a housing stats package from Big House Data.  Please be kind!

Any feedback is greatly appreciated and don’t forget to let us know what accounted for the giant spike in listings mentioned in the presentation!

Very impressive presentation. I offer similar data on my blog… but I guess I’m stuck in the past (only charts and typed words).

Keep up the great work and I’m pleasantly surprised by the trends in your report. Hopefully next year will continue to show improvement.

    Todd,
    Thanks for the comment!

“Stuck in the past?” No way! Good on you for presenting the charts and typed words! That’s worlds better than many.

2009 WILL be better than 2008! No question.
